smartAD was founded by Priit Kivinurm, Rando Rannus and Dag Ainsoo in 2007. All of them are still majority shareholders and active in everyday management of smartAD. At the end of 2011, angel investors Toivo Annus and Herty Tammo invested into smartAD to further support our software development and expansion plans.
