Smart AD was founded by Priit Kivinurm, Rando Rannus and Dag Ainsoo in 2007. They are all still the majority shareholders, and are active in the everyday management of Smart AD. At the end of 2011, angel investors Toivo Annus and Herty Tammo invested in Smart AD to further support our software development and expansion plans.
Toivo Annus – Co-founder of Skype where he built and managed engineering division. Active investor focusing on technology investments. Founder of Ambient Sound Investments.
Herty Tammo – Entrepreneur and angel investor. Partner at United Tickets, PoohTech, and many other companies, former president of the Estonian Startup Leaders Club. Founder of Start-up Wise Guys accelerator.
